How It Works
From your first photos to a clear plan, with a real dentist beside you at every step.
A short questionnaire and six guided photos of your child's face and bite, from your phone. No cost, and nothing to commit to. You will then receive a treatment plan in your app.
Once you have received your free assessment prescribed by Dr. Phillip Stein, you will book a 15-minute phone consultation with one of our care coordinators to discuss the results and review potential next steps.
Once you are qualified for treatment, one in-person examination is required in our Sydney-based clinic (Bondi Junction), for which we'll help you book an appointment. The exam is at no cost; a $50 refundable booking deposit secures your visit, and it is refunded once you attend the exam. You can reschedule up to 3 times at no cost; cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment, or missing it, forfeits the deposit.
If treatment is right for your child, you'll get a clear, staged plan with gentle at-home steps and regular check-ins, guided the whole way.
