The service
Holistic Smiles Kids provides an online assessment and a virtual airway and pre-orthodontic program for children aged 3–12. Clinical decisions are made by AHPRA-registered dentists. The platform supports that care; it does not replace it.
Not emergency care
Holistic Smiles is not for medical or dental emergencies. If your child is unwell or in distress, contact your GP, dentist, or call 000.
Eligibility and clinical judgement
Not every child is suitable for the virtual program. A dentist may recommend in-person care instead, or advise that no intervention is needed. Enrolment is offered at the clinician's discretion.
Payments
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You may pay monthly over the program term or in full. Afterpay and Zip are available through our payment provider. Tax invoices are issued automatically.
Referrals
Where a referral credit program is offered, it is subject to its own terms and to applicable advertising and health-law requirements.

- Follow the program as guided, and raise concerns early
- Keep your account credentials secure
